These services are intended for emotional, mental, and physical well-being and are designed to help clients reconnect with their authentic selves, heal trauma, and reduce anxiety and stress.

2. Session Details

  • All sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, and may include different modalities such as sound baths, breathwork, somatic movement, and intuitive guidance.

  • Sessions may take place in-person or virtually depending on availability and client preference.

  • Each session is intended for personal growth and healing, not as a replacement for medical treatment or mental health therapy. If you are in need of urgent medical or psychological care, please contact a licensed healthcare provider.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment: Payment for services is due in full prior to or at the time of service. Payment can be made through the methods provided at checkout.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of the services, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions. However, if you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged for the session.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Active Participation: By engaging in the services, you agree to actively participate in your healing process. Your openness to the practices provided (breathwork, sound healing, etc.) is essential for maximum benefit.

  • Disclosure: You agree to disclose any relevant physical or mental health conditions prior to beginning services, including pregnancy, pacemakers, hearing aids, or other conditions that may affect your participation in sound healing or breathwork.

  • Personal Safety: You are responsible for ensuring that your environment is safe for any virtual or in-person practices.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent. However, in rare cases where legal requirements or ethical concerns arise, confidentiality may be waived. Your privacy and comfort are of utmost importance.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • While we aim to provide the highest quality of service, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. The practices offered are intended to support your personal healing journey, but they may not replace medical treatment.

  • By participating in our services, you agree to release ECHOES | Somatics and Sound Healing of Las Vegas, its practitioners, and affiliates from any liability related to physical, emotional, or psychological effects that may arise from the use of the services provided.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in a charge for the full session fee.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session as long as it is done at least 24 hours in advance. Availability for rescheduled appointments will be subject to our scheduling calendar.

8. Code of Conduct

You are expected to treat our practitioners and other clients with respect, kindness, and professionalism. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client behaves inappropriately, disrupts the session, or engages in harmful behavior.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided through ECHOES | Somatics and Sound Healing of Las Vegas, including written materials, videos, and audio recordings, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent from ECHOES.
